The Employer Expo will be held on May 23 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm at Jim Barnett Park in Winchester. More than 35 local companies from Frederick County, Clarke County, and the City of Winchester will have hiring managers on site. Submit your resume in person. Attend three professional development workshops focused on resume writing, interviewing skills, and professional attributes. This will enter you in a drawing for one of six $500 scholarships, to be used towards certifications, professional development, or coursework. Job seekers whom are interested in a career, but unsure about the skills and education needed to get there can visit resource tables that will feature credentialing, certifications, and fast-track programs. The event is free and open to the public.
