C. William Orndoff, Jr., Treasurer

Mr. Orndoff is a member of the Treasurer's Association of Virginia.  He is a Certified Governmental Treasurer, as designated by the Weldon Cooper Center, University of Virginia.  Mr. Orndoff is a graduate of James Wood High School and Virginia Tech.  A life-long County resident, he is an active member of the Stonewall Ruritan Club and the Kiwanis Club. He is also active in the management of his family's beef farm.

The Frederick County Treasurer has designated the County FOIA Officer as his FOIA Officer.  FOIA requests can be made here using the County's established procedures.
