The Board of Supervisors will go into closed session pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 A (7) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, for consultation with legal counsel and briefing by legal counsel, where such consultation or briefing in an open meeting would adversely affect the negotiating or litigating posture of the Board, and the matter requires the provision of legal advice by such counsel.
