The Frederick County Board of Supervisors will meet on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors’ Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, VA.  The Board will convene a closed session pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 A (3) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, for discussion and consideration of the acquisition and disposition of real property for a public purpose, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the Board
