Heather H. Lockridge was elected to the Board in a special election for the Gainesboro District April 11, 2023 and elected to a four-year term in November 2023. Her current term ends December 31, 2027.

A lifelong resident of Frederick County, Heather attended Frederick County Public Schools and graduated from James Wood High School in 2003.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture & Applied Economics from Virginia Tech in 2006 and earned a Masters Degree in 2010 from George Mason University, in Special Education.

Ms. Lockridge serves on the Finance Committee; Public Safety Committee, Chair; Public Works Committee, Chair; and as the Fire & Rescue Association liaison.
