- Provide support, treatment, and advocacy for anyone affected by sexual assault and domestic violence
- Transitions Family Violence Services
- The agency assists adult and child victims through the provision of shelter, counseling, advocacy, and education services and works to increase awareness of domestic violence.
- Center for Child and Family Services
- Deliver quality counseling programs and support services that empower individuals and families to improve their lives.
- Virginia Victims Fund
- Provide financial reimbursement for crime-related expenses to ease some of the financial burden that crime victims and/or family members of crime victims may face.
- Department of Criminal Justice Services
- Victims can find the Crime Victims' Bill of Rights, which contains information about protection, financial assistance, notice of court dates and post-trial notices, and victim input in the parole process. Victims can also use the Victim Assistance Directory to find local victim and witness programs, and they can find the contact information for the DCJS Info-Line.
- Department of Corrections
- The Victim Services Unit of the Virginia Department of Corrections serves victims of crime. Our staff provides information and referrals concerning the post sentence phase of the criminal justice system and answers questions related to an inmate incarcerated in a Virginia prison.
- Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE)
- Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) is a toll-free, 24-hour, anonymous, computer-based telephone service that provides victims of crime two important features, information and notification. Victims may call VINE from any touch-tone telephone, any time, to check on an inmate's custody status.
- Office of the Attorney General Victim Notification Program
- This website provides victims with information about the Victim Notification Program, the appeals process in Virginia, and Habeas Corpus. It also provides the Victim Information Sheet and the contact information for the Office of the Attorney General Victim Notification.
- Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Alliance
- This website provides a directory of the Sexual & Domestic Violence Agencies in Virginia and the contact information for the Virginia Family Violence & Sexual Assault Hotline.

- This provides visitors access the sex offender registry, information about wanted sex offenders, and a list of sexual offense statutes.
