The Training Division is responsible for the coordination and delivery of training related to fire, EMS, technical rescue, and hazardous materials.  

Most classes held by the Training Division are conducted at the Training Annex (860 Smithfield Avenue).  Some practical classes are held at the Winchester Regional Training Center, located at 1716 Woodstock Lane. The center is furnished with a structural burn building, the Rapid Intervention Training House, and several other props that allow for realistic practice so fire and rescue personnel to train for real emergencies.
