Operational Permits

• Commercial Burning - $100 per site (12-month permit per site/location)
• Commercial Blasting - $200 per site (12-month permit per site/location)
• Explosive Storage - $200 first magazine, plus $100 per each additional magazine on same site. (12-month permit)
• Fireworks: Retail Sales  - $200 (June 15th-July 15th/December 15th-January 6th permit length)
• Fireworks: Aerial Displays - $200 (One Day permit)
• Mobile Food Preparation Vehicles (Food Trucks) - $50 (12-month permit)
• Tent(s) over 900 sq. ft.  or if more than 50 people will occupy the tent - $50 per tent (6-month permit same tent, vendor, site)

Fee is required at time of application submittal.

Please complete the application, print when finished, initial and/or sign as required on permit application.  Submit application along with payment in cash, check, or money order made payable to Treasurer of Frederick County.  We are unable to accept credit cards at this time.  Applications made be dropped off at our office or mailed to:
